PASS describes a received signal or your recorded observation. WARNING calls for another check. USER REVIEW REQUIRED means a measurement alone cannot decide. An unavailable API or denied permission does not establish hardware failure.
What this cannot tell you
Only your listening confirms sound. Browser output cannot measure speaker quality or real-world volume.
